Solid color flooring systems are among the most widely used for heavy-traffic commercial & industrial flooring applications. These systems can be designed in a number of ways to achieve varying levels of thickness, impact and chemical resistance. In addition to our 12-standard colors and 5-safety colors, Resinwerks has the ability for on-demand color matching in any of our epoxy or urethane pigments. Wear surface texture can be easily adjusted to achieve specified traction coefficients and all materials are available with anti-microbial additives - ideal for Healthcare and Food & Beverage applications.
At Resinwerks, we work directly with facility managers to engineer systems that exhibit the functional performance and aesthetics to meet the needs of their application. Most of our systems are completely VOC-Free and can be installed and returned to service in as little as a single day. Resinwerks chip & flake flooring systems combine high-quality blended vinyl flakes with epoxy and polyaspartic coatings to create a highly functional and aesthetically pleasing floors. Ideal for all types of environments, epoxy flake floor coatings offer a custom finish that can be designed to suit any space. Available with either a lightly textured or completely smooth surface, seamless chip applications are easy to clean while offering excellent resistance to abrasion and long-term wear.
Owners can select from a variety of chip blends, including simulated terrazzo flooring finishes. This highly economical alternative provides the same look and feel of terrazzo at a fraction of the cost. Simulated terrazzo systems incorporate specialized chip blends with an additional resin matrix comprised of our True Clear Epâ„¢ 100% solids grout coat. Chip systems are often finished with our high-performance Kinetic polyaspartic top-coat. The end result is a smooth, easily maintainable floor that performs excellent in heavy-traffic environments.

The Bio-Cemâ„¢ polyurethane concrete systems from Resinwerks are engineered for fast-turn around with performance suited for the most demanding applications, including slabs with elevated moisture vapor emissions. Due to its high tolerance for thermal shock, Bio-Cemâ„¢ is a preferred choice for applications such as brewery floors, restaurant kitchens, and food manufacturing.
These green-friendly systems are completely VOC-Free and incorporate a range of carbon-neutral bio-based raw materials. Bio-Cemâ„¢ forms a seamless impermeable surface that is completely resistant to harsh chemicals as well as oleic acid byproducts generated by enzymatic cleaners.
